On may, 14th, 2013 Sean Keats, Windsor's top personal trainer, will be the first group personal training program designed for mothers-Yummy Mummy Fitness.
"The aim of the programme is to give up and motivating the mothers reach their fitness goals, regain their pre-pregnancy body and feel great about themselves and their performance," explains Keats, a certified professional fitness and founder of Yummy Mummy Fitness, a group fitness program that allows the individualized attention and responsibility-on-one personal training offers.
"Most mothers their time to the care of others and accidentally put their own well-being on the hold. My goal is to help mothers take care of himself and by that make up this program, I will keep participants by the hand and show them exactly what they need to do to achieve permanent results. " Members will follow the Yummy Mummy lifestyle plan and will be required to participate in a online check-ins to report on their eating habits for the week and off-day workouts.
The Yummy Mummy Fitness program begins on Tuesday, 14 May and will be held at the Ford test track on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6: 30 pm as well as a Saturday morning session at 11: 00 am only 10 registrants be accepted for a 2 weeks free trial of the program.
