The top is an Emmy-Nominated Show!



Ashley Russo, the creator and producer of The Peak, was nominated Ken Szydlow, executive producer, Shane Burcaw, producer and Rocky Urich and Julia Urich FireRock productions for Mid-Atlantic Emmy Award in the category of human features of interest to their story "my nightmare."  "I'm so honored to be a part of The PEAK, a television program that allows incredible stories of triumph and courage will present a broad audience," Ashley Russo said her nomination as executive producer.  "My nightmare" was also nominated for an Emmy Award in the category of Editor.  Two other top program segments were nominated for outstanding achievement in the category of a photographer, "St. Luke's commitment to education" and "the gift of music."

"My nightmare" tells a really inspirational story Shane Burcaw, a young resident of the Lehigh Valley, who suffers from spinal muscular atrophy.  "At the top is smart in addition to a wide range of programming available in the Lehigh Valley," says Ken Szydlow. "It's news you can use, and allows the talented, local videographers the opportunity to pursue his work."  Ashley Russo adds, "ASR Media Productions, creator and producer of the peak, is grateful for the support of local agencies as St. Luke University Health Network, Capital BlueCross and the greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce who value the show mission.  Furthermore, we are in awe of the alcohol content from Shane Burcaw tells his story and the life of such a positive. "  Mr. Szydlow and Ms. Russo also want to recognize and thank you Barry Fisher and 69 WFMZ-Channel for ongoing support of The PEAK and the common vision of the reflector of the Lehigh Valley as awarded.


The nominations were announced 1 August 2013 mid-Atlantic Chapter National Academy of television arts and Sciences. The awards will be presented Saturday, September 7, 2013, at the Sheraton Society Hill, Philadelphia, PA.
