The Beck Group Honored as Top Healthy Employer in Houston



The Beck Group was honored as the top small-sized Healthiest Employers in Houston by the Houston Business Journal. Beck ranked first among companies with 2-99 employees in Houston. The ranking recognizes companies committed to creating a healthy workplace, measuring wellness in six categories: culture and leadership commitment, foundational components, strategic planning, communication and marketing, programming and interventions, and reporting and analysis.

Windsor Fitness Expert To Hold group personal Training Program exclusively for mothers



On may, 14th, 2013 Sean Keats, Windsor's top personal trainer, will be the first group personal training program designed for mothers-Yummy Mummy Fitness.

"The aim of the programme is to give up and motivating the mothers reach their fitness goals, regain their pre-pregnancy body and feel great about themselves and their performance," explains Keats, a certified professional fitness and founder of Yummy Mummy Fitness, a group fitness program that allows the individualized attention and responsibility-on-one personal training offers.


"Most mothers their time to the care of others and accidentally put their own well-being on the hold.  My goal is to help mothers take care of himself and by that make up this program, I will keep participants by the hand and show them exactly what they need to do to achieve permanent results. " Members will follow the Yummy Mummy lifestyle plan and will be required to participate in a online check-ins to report on their eating habits for the week and off-day workouts.
