Our workshop will be a one day 8 hour workshop which is KBTEducation & REPS accredited, providing 4 CPD REPS points and cover the below.

·         Snatch

·         Clean & Jerk

·         Assistance Lifts, Olympic Back Squat & Front Squat, RDL’s, Overhead Squats, Military Press & Deadlifts

Our workshop will be aimed at Personal trainers, PTI's, Sports Coaches and Crossfit coaches. Our workshop will also be accessible to novice Weightlifters with existing experience of the Snatch and Clean & Jerk.

Olympian Weightlifting Star Zoe Smith is very excited to be involved in this new project, as it gives her the opportunity to give back to people interested in Weightlifting and encourage and develop potential Weightlifters, using her experience gained at an elite level.

Our Workshops will be delivered around the UK and they will start in August 2013, in London, Exeter, Warwickshire and then move to Plymouth, Cardiff, Liverpool, Leeds and Scotland.

Pure Health Girls Blog Launch Party Benefiting Open Hand Atlanta 5/4/2013

We(Pure Health Girls) are having a fantastic party to launch our blog on 5/4/2013 at 6pm.  There is a $10 entry fee to be donated to Open Hand Atlanta (www.projectopenhand.org) as well as any raffle tickets sold that evening.   This event will be at 433 Bishop St. Atlanta Ga 30318 at the Chuice (www.chuice.com) Education Center (in midtown off of 17th St.).  This is a great way to bring like minded individuals together to help raise awareness to healthier eating and ridding ourselves of toxic foods/products.
