Unique device could help Baby Boomers and seniors the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis

The orbital 360, a unique exercise created by Michael Whitis – inventor with forty years of experience as a trainer and bodybuilder – brings new hope for those who suffer from osteoporosis, joint pain and other injuries especially common in Baby Boomers and seniors.

The orbital 360 design, based on the human skeletal system, was created by a hip transplant after witnessing Whitis. He developed the concept of the mechanical ball and joint capsule-like replacement hips implanted in human beings – could be translated into a new device for use outside the body. Designed to mimic real-life human rotational movement patterns, orbital 360 also comes with the addition of new technologies, the friction resistance which is constant, and in accordance with human movement of 3D designs. It's a friction that adds a strengthening, stretching and cardio all at the same time, in the application of the system of training the orbital 360.

"Nothing in the realm of exercise really was created for the needs of baby boomers," says Whitis, Baby Boomer, himself, who is closely focused on the education of this population, as well as retirees, to exercise in ways to reduce the number of injuries and wear and tear on the body.

"Most of the boomers and seniors have some kind of arthritic conditions or pain syndrome, which is particularly difficult to use most of the existing equipment. They need something that supports the foundations of their lifestyle and wellness, and yet is safe and effective for those who with the change of physical conditions, "explains Whitis.

The orbital 360 potential effectiveness as an excellent fighter of osteoporosis has been shown a 63 year old woman, who has seen a significant increase in bone density from the machine. Bone density test done two years showed an increase of 10%. This is even after four years of consistent load-bearing exercise, which has not demonstrated any other changes for two years in advance. The latest reading was taken after about 14 months of consistent use of the orbital 360 on the basis of three times a week.

In addition, 77rok the old woman was five months in physical therapy with hemorrhoids and won only 85 ° flexion of the shoulder are not supported. After three 10-minute sessions on the orbital 360 her flexion of the shoulder went to 145 °. In its own words, three sessions on the orbital 360 helped her more than five months the traditional physical therapy. There are many other examples of the orbital 360 changing people's lives for the better, from injured athletes injured war veterans.

"The orbital 360 is the first unit that provides friction against any possible movement of the body," said Dr. David Lipman, chiropractic physician/personal trainer and Director of research for Michael Whitis Wellness 360. It allows the body to carry out all of their normal movements and provides a constant and consistent friction on either of these movements without forcing the body to adapt to a single aircraft or a particular motion pattern, as well as with any traditional exercise device to date. Allows the body to carry on with its natural dynamics is necessary in particular to boomers and seniors from chronic musculoskeletal problems that many of them are facing. "

Why Personal Trainers Continue the Best Fitness Solution for Baby Boomers and Seniors

Morris County NJ Personal Trainer and Senior Fitness Expert Carey Yang explains why customized exercise and fitness program by personal trainers is still the best fitness solution for baby boomers and seniors who want to get motivated to exercise safely, feel rejuvenated, correct posture and reduce back pain, improve balance and mobility, and prevent injuries and fall.

Aging baby boomers now can learn from the best personal trainer and fitness expert Carey Yang on how to exercise safely, improve cardiovascular conditioning, build muscular strength and endurance, improve balance and flexibility, and prevent injuries.

Yang is the owner and master personal trainer at Beyond Fitness Solutions, LLC — a leading in-home personal training and weight-loss management company serving and helping clients in Morris County, Sussex County, Passaic County, Essex County and Somerset County areas in New Jersey.

Americans are growing older and living longer. By the year 2030, approximately 21 percent (or 70 million Americans) will be over 65 years of age. As baby boomers start to reach retirement age, they are looking for ways to extend their longevity, rejuvenate their youth and improve their quality of life. Senior fitness is a growing new trend.

“Exercise in senior fitness is an important factor in preventing or at least slowing down many age-related declines in physical functions and performance,” Yang says. “In addition to losing weight and eating healthy, aging baby boomers are concerned about cardiovascular conditioning, muscular and bone strength, flexibility and balance.”

Here is a testimonial from a baby boomer client Sharon in Madison, New Jersey:

"I’ve had back problems for the last 5 years that prohibited me from participating in any significant exercise programs. As a result, I had become unmotivated and reluctant to commit (physically or financially) to any type of training. After speaking with Carey, I decided to give it one more try. Carey’s professionalism, knowledge and most importantly, patience – has made my training a positive experience. He was sensitive to my physical challenges, yet consistent in his training and expectations. The progress has been steady and I “honestly” have had less back pain and more mobility than I’ve had in years. Carey has definitely provided a rejuvenation for this baby boomer and I will continue on this path to a healthier lifestyle."

“I have many baby boomer clients who enjoy modified kickboxing. They’re loving it! They feel powerful, strong and younger. They absolutely enjoy the workout without feeling that they are exercising,” Yang says. “This is the best gift I can give them.”

Yang advocates lifelong fitness and health. He offers a few tips for baby boomers to start an exercise program.

Today, Carney is training many clients over 50 through his Boomer 55+ Fitness program.  It's a total body conditioning "Active Adult" fitness program  aimed at meeting their every changing needs and demands.
